While most companies check to make sure the equipment is FUNCTIONAL, we check to ensure equipment is PERFORMING. We provide you with a written report on the exact performance of your equipment. Do you know if you are getting full performance out of your systems? Is your equipment operating at rated capacity? Is your mechanical contractor tracking performance to predict when cleanings or services need to happen? JS3’s extensive commercial and industrial mechanical coverings include boilers, chillers, pumps, water systems, cooling towers, package units, split systems, VRF/VRV, VFD’s, parking garage systems, and built-up systems. In a nutshell, if it heats, cools and moves water or air we can do it.
We do controls differently. The traditional “HVAC controls” industry is reactive and is not capable of automatically learning from each site. We partner with control manufacturers that have controls automatically tracking and watching performance. When a piece of equipment’s performance is decreasing, you get an alert. When any system wide component failure happens you get an immediate alert. You no longer have to worry about a “DDC Technician” missing logic or waiting for a call from your personnel that something isn’t working.
Chaz & Shane started from humble beginnings. Both in their own career fields decided to take their frustrations with the current service industry standards and make a NEW standard.
They were fed up with no one returning their calls, little to no communication, technicians that didn't seem to care about the facility or continually improving themselves and many more things. With a combined 29 years in the industry they started JS3.
